Versatile plug-in hurdle system for athletic and coordination training
The HAEST plug-in hurdle set was engineered for demanding training in team sports, school physical education, and track and field. These sturdy 38 cm high cones are made of durable plastic and weigh 350 g each, making them significantly safer and more stable than standard cones.

Three fixed plug-in heights
The included poles can be plugged in at 8 cm, 21 cm, and 33 cm. This makes the system suitable for:

• Basic coordination training
• Speed and agility drills
• Jump training and footwork
• Methodical technique training for young athletes

Modular pole system (4 × 160 cm)
The poles are made from eight 80-cm segments joined with fixed connectors to form four 160-cm poles. This makes the set particularly space-efficient and suitable for mobile use.

Enhanced training versatility thanks to 12 plug-in openings per cone
Each cone features four plug-in directions (12 openings in total), as well as a central receptacle for a vertical coordination pole. This allows for professional training setups, including:

• Variable hurdles
• Coordination crosses
• Slalom or marker setups
• Lateral and parallel lines

This allows for virtually unlimited training creativity.

Tip-resistant – suitable for indoor and outdoor use
A large 26 cm base, the cones’ weight, and the slightly flexible design ensure excellent resistance to tipping, even when used outdoors. At the same time, the poles can slide away easily on contact, thus reducing the risk of injury.
