This hook allows you to effortlessly remove take-off boards and blank boards from their installation frames, eliminating the need to frequently bend down and minimizing problems during board removal. The ability to swiftly alternate between the take-off board and the blank board can be extremely advantageous, particularly in triple-jump competitions. The hook also serves as a valuable tool for general everyday training. We recommend using two hooks to lift the board evenly from both sides at the same time, which will help prevent any tilting and wedging that might otherwise occur.
