Polanik Ocean Breaker Stainless Steel Parts for Competition Starting Blocks
Ocean Breaker is a set of small parts needed for converting Polanik competition starting blocks to withstand demanding environmental conditions, such as sea air on islands or close to the ocean.
The set includes stainless steel versions of all small parts installed in compatible Polanik starting blocks. If you retrofit a compatible starting block with our Ocean Breaker set, the starting block is stainless. The only thing left to do is to replace the starting block spikes now and then. Tools are required to convert a starting block with the Ocean Breaker set. These tools are not included in the delivery.
We recommend this set for use on islands and generally near the sea. The Ocean Breaker does not change the certification status of a starting block. A retrofitted WA-certified starting block remains certified - and stainless! The set is compatible with Polanik PBS14-04, PBS17-02, and PBS15-02-W starting blocks.
