Sport Thieme Jump Trainer with Regupol Coating
The Sport-Thieme jump trainer is a practical training aid for technique and strength training in long jump and triple jump. The flight phase is prolonged by the additional height, which is ideal for technique training in triple jumps, for example. In strength training, this training device improves the athlete's explosiveness, jumping power and maximum strength.
Due to the large take-off area, there are various possibilities for assembly and use. Thanks to the Regupol coating on the upper side, the jump box offers good grip when jumping and landing and can of course also be used with spikes.
The height of the jump trainer can be individually adjusted and adapted by removing or adding the interchangeable elements. The smallest element is only 10 cm high, the two larger elements have a height of 20 cm. This product is made from solid birch multiplex wood and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. A safe stand is ensured by the wide feet, which are firmly attached to the bottom element.
