Height-Adjustable Agility Ladders
What makes this ladders so special is that they can be placed directly on the ground, or by bending the adjustable elements, positioned 10 cm from the ground. In this way, they can be used for a versatile agility training session. The flexible rungs simply give way when stepped on. The black square tubes can be folded and stored in a similar way to those of a tent pole. Carry bag included.
The smaller version with a rung interval distance of 44 cm is ideal for football training. The larger 55 cm version is perfectly designed for athletics agility drills.
